We currently seek a Director, Measurement & Analytics to help lead the development and application of data driven insights that inform client engagement strategies across traditional, digital, mobile and social media channels.

Responsibilities

Core functional responsibilities include:


  • Designing and developing the marketing analytics strategy for one or more clients from program kickoff through implementation and performance reporting

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Media and Technology) to define measurable program goals and objectives

  • Providing solutions and points of view on how to solve or answer analytical and measurement challenges, including measurement plans outlining project objectives, tools, data sources, and reporting frequency

  • Being a subject matter expert with respect to key measurement/data platforms (ad servers, site-side reporting packages, and BI tools)

  • Working with one or more direct reports to implement measurement frameworks, generate performance reports, and provide analysis into and improvement recommendations for our clients marketing programs

  • Managing the overall quality assurance process to ensure high quality, on-time deliverables

  • Serving as an analytics evangelist throughout the agency, educating and inspiring clients and coworkers alike about best practices and emerging trends


Qualifications

  • 9+ years agency or client-side experience in the measurement and analytics discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing client relationships and direct reports

  • Demonstrated past experience in digital marketing, measurement, data analysis, and web optimization across channels (web, email, social, mobile, emerging media)

  • Deep understanding of and experience with web site analytics packages, online ad serving systems, social listening platforms, BI platforms and related tools and services

  • Experience with cross-channel attribution solutions a plus

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented and well organized

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to manage timelines and multitask across a variety of projects

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics; advertising, direct marketing, CRM or digital background desirable

We currently seek a Media Campaign Analyst to support performance reporting and analysis for various client engagements, including traditional, digital, and social media programs. The goal is to maximize our clients’ return on marketing investment through ongoing program measurement, disciplined in-market testing, and results-based performance management.

Responsibilities

Core functional responsibilities include:


  • Development of measurement plans outlining project objectives, measurement framework, data sources, and reporting frequency

  • Establishing data feeds from multiple sources into our business intelligence platform to allow for meaningful and timely reporting

  • Collaboration with technical teams to implement and test tracking prior to project delivery, including tracking tag generation from website analytics systems (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics) and/or ad serving systems (e.g., DCM, Conversant, Sizmek)

  • Aggregation of data from various sources (including but not limited to: site analytics, third party ad servers, social listening platforms, call center data, CRM, etc.) into integrated report templates or dashboards

  • Quality assurance of data throughput throughout the life of a campaign, including ongoing tracking, maintenance, and issue resolution with regard to measurement framework while programs are in market

  • Data review and analysis, as well as presentation of findings to internal teams and/or clients

  • Serving as the subject matter expert for the BI platform from both data aggregation and data visualization standpoints

  • Supporting the overall Analytics vision for the agency, including ongoing refinement of processes, tools, and templates


Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience as a hands-on BI Developer / Analyst working with self-service BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Datorama for both data integration and visualization

  • Experience with web site analytics packages (Google, Adobe), online ad serving systems (DCM, The Tradedesk, LiveRamp)

  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python and SQL

  • Interest in DevOps tasks like automating workflows and analyzing usage behaviors to proactively improve work products
