The Account Director oversees and leads all account management processes. You will monitor, direct, and motivate day-to-day interactions between account team and clients, actively nurturing strong relationships with existing and possible clients. This role combines strategic and hands on experience by delivering engaging, passionate outstanding ideas and work. You will work closely with the account team to drive tactical projects through agency and meet delivery requirements/deadlines. You will also act as a senior solution-oriented manager that thrives on developing lasting relationships between the client and agency teams. This position involves consistent client contact and operates at a high level in all aspects of account management.

We currently seek a Account Executive to be involved in all aspects of account management, including regular client contact and high-quality delivery on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. This person will use their problem-solving and collaboration skills to promote flawless day-to-day execution of projects. This person stays cool, calm, and collected under pressure and is able to see problems around corners, acting proactively to get things done. This person is comfortable recommending solutions to red flags that arise while also keeping their manager up-to-date on projects as they relate to the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Core functional responsibilities include:
• Assists in all facets of account services and client management as directed
o Actively participates in internal and client status meetings
o Effectively communicates client feedback to cross functional agency team and keeps team apprised of changes or updates to account in a timely manner
o Assists in managing projects through client review process
o Develops understanding of the brand’s strategic imperatives
o Assists in tactical planning
o Develops and submits internal documentation per agency SOP
• Possesses working knowledge of all agency processes and works well with the internal team to ensure projects are progressing on time; assesses and monitors team and job productivity/efficiency
• Monitors financial status of accounts
o Monitors hours and OOPs by project and overall PO
o Responsible for approving billing and invoices, partnering with finance to manage hours
• Prepares materials for reporting to the client with oversight
• Gains understanding of the category, the brand, customer segments and relevant competitors; proactively seeks out team members to gain working knowledge of the brand and category ongoing basis

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Media and Technology) to define measurable program goals and objectives

  • Development of measurement plans outlining project objectives, measurement framework, data sources, and reporting frequency

  • Collaboration with technical teams to implement and test tracking prior to project delivery, including tracking tag generation from website analytics systems (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics) and/or ad serving systems (e.g., DCM, Conversant, Sizmek)

  • Ongoing tracking, maintenance, and issue resolution with regard to measurement framework while programs are in market (e.g., monitoring ad delivery, confirming tracking tags are working)

  • Aggregation of data from various sources (including but not limited to: site analytics, third party ad servers, social listening platforms, call center data, CRM, etc.) into integrated report templates or dashboards

  • Data review and analysis, as well as presentation of findings to internal teams and/or clients

  • Supporting the overall Analytics vision for the agency, including ongoing refinement, implementation, and maintenance of processes, tools, and templates


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in the media, interactive, and/or analytics departments of an agency

  • Experience with web site analytics packages (Google, Adobe), online ad serving systems (DCM, Conversant, Sizmek)

  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented and well organized

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers
