Stephanie Rogers oversees the Media and Analytics staff as well as contributes strategic direction and thought leadership to our clients. Contact Planning combines audience insights, media planning & buying, and measurement & analytics to optimize every point of contact between consumers and a brand. Stephanie always has her eye on the future of media, finding innovative ways to connect with any audience, anywhere. We can always count on her to help us build strong teams, establish service offerings, and manage a large work flow.
President, Specialty Health
As the President of the Specialty Health Business in Boston and Chicago, Pat oversees the Life Science Practice and Business Development for the Boston office. With an MBA and 20 years of client-side Commercial Leadership experience, Pat’s a natural for the role. He’s held Sales and Marketing Leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Bard, and Hologic. He believes in the power of big ideas, but knows how to pressure test those ideas against a client’s reality to ensure the strategy can be implemented with results delivered. His experience includes Medtronic, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Olympus, Smith & Nephew, Boston Scientific, Cardinal Health, and B. Braun Medical among others.
Chief Financial Officer
In the role of CFO, Trudy performs a balancing act of finance, strategy, legal, and all things infrastructure. From projections to parties and budgets to bagels, Trudy and her team work collaboratively to keep MERGE Boston humming. The bulk of Trudy’s career has involved financial management of high-growth marketing companies, including two of Boston’s largest: Digitas and Weber Shandwick. She holds an MBA from Bentley University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Trudy serves on the Board of Ambassadors of The Home for Little Wanderers.

As EVP, Creative Director with Merge Boston, Anthony brings a 20+ year span of talent on a wide array of media. With his creative partner, Steve Lynch, he has helped countless clients including Agilent Technologies, Roche Diagnostics, and Sanofi Genzyme to name a few. He tirelessly works to ensure the creative solutions are unique, elegant, and always at an expert level of finish. His work has appeared in such venues as the Francis W. Hatch Awards, MITX Interactive Awards and Print Magazine. He is also a Bob Stacy Hatch Award recipient—given just once a year in New England in recognition of superior craftsmanship in design/advertising. He is often called upon to help judge many creative shows including the Effie Awards and is a frequent guest lecturer at Boston University College of Communication.

Along with his creative partner, Anthony Henriques, he has led the creative charge for Agilent Technologies, Roche Diagnostics, Sanofi Genzyme, and more. He believes in the power of simplicity and ideas that combine words and images in ways that stand out from the competition. His work has received Clio Awards, MITX Digital Awards, Boston Ad Club Awards to name a few. He also was honored to serve as a judge for the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France.
EVP, Managing Director
Jim started his career in the beverage industry working in sales and product management positions for Gallo Wine in California and Brown-Forman in Kentucky. Since moving to Boston, Jim has worked exclusively in life science and healthcare advertising, helping his clients develop competitive positioning and selling strategies. His life science clients have included Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, Smith & Nephew, and Genzyme. In the healthcare space, Jim has worked with a variety of Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, SelectHealth/Intermountain, Capital District Physicians Health Plan and Lahey Hospital. Jim believes in the power of strong relationships coupled with deep “vertical intelligence”. Jim and his team help clients solve a number of complex communications challenges in areas such as payer/provider partnerships, hospital contract negotiations, digital transformation and member experience.

As SVP of Contact Planning, Cindy oversees the Media side of the Contact Planning department. She has over twenty years of experience in media planning and buying, and possess a love of figuring out what motivates people, unraveling the business issues and finding creative media solutions. She has worked at some of the top agencies in the Boston area including Leonard/Monahan, Hill Holliday and Boathouse Group. She has developed media solutions for clients including: AIG, Agilent Technologies, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CVS/pharmacy, Fidelity Investments, New Balance and Spalding Sports Worldwide.

As SVP, Group Account, Michelle is responsible for strategic oversight for healthcare clients as well as day to day account management. Before joining the advertising world, Michelle used her degree in chemistry as a launching pad into the world of biotechnology and hasn't looked back. Her love for all things science, technology, health and the good it can bring has helped Michelle guide creative teams and clients to successful advertising solutions/campaigns. Michelle's considerable industry experience spans biotechnology, life sciences, medical device, payers and providers with clients like: Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Agilent Technologies, Corning Life Sciences, Boston Scientific, Genzyme, Tufts Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
Margaret’s role at MERGE Boston is to help build positive and successful teams with effective collaboration and communication. In other words, she keeps us in line, and we love her for it. Since joining the agency in 2013, she has dedicated herself to driving business growth by reducing cost inefficiencies through allocation of staff, team building and improving workflow process. In her 20 years of extensive experience in creative services management and production execution, she’s worked for companies like Hill Holliday and Toth+Co. As an integral director of day-to-day operations, Margaret is a passionate mentor to employees, emphasizing supportive leadership and consistent communication of professional goals and business objectives.
